Ability to engage in art activities and assumption of risk:

The beachKraft, LLP activities, including but not limited to paints, sharpies, pencil sharpeners, scissors, glues, pastels, pencils, wood, wood tools (hammers, nails, etc.), plaster, ceramic tiles, clay, wire, fiber (yarn, fabric, papers, dyes), wax, plastic bags, and food coloring. The beachKraft, LLP takes all possible precautions to reduce risk and provide safe, healthy, and enjoyable experiences. I warrant that my child and guests invited to my child's party or event are able to follow all directions for all activities in the art studio. I acknowledge that risks from participation in activities exist and that I have allowed my child and their guests to attend art project parties knowing these risks and their possible consequences including personal injury and/or property damage and/or loss.
