Book a Party

Looking for a different kind of party or gathering?

At the beachKraft we offer a venue for art-themed parties.

Whether you are looking for a birthday party for children or

a paint-and-sip style adult gathering,

we can help you celebrate your special day!

Please book your party at least a week in advance so that we can prepare for you.

About Our Parties

Children's parties are available for ages 4-16. Supervising adults and adult guests are welcome to attend at no additional charge.
Teens and young adult parties for 17-20 years old are also available.
Adult paint-and-sip events are available for those 21 and up.
We can host up to 15 art project participants within the gallery/studio space.
Parties are $250 for up to 7 project participants. Additional participants, up to 15 maximum, will be $30 per participant.
A minimum $80 deposit is required to book a party.
Parties will be hosted in the front area of the gallery. A space will be provided for set up of any food, refreshment or gifts.
Party reservation is for 2 hours. Art projects will be approximately 1 hour in length, allowing time for set-up, hang-out, relaxation and clean-up.

We provide guided instruction for age/group appropriate art projects and all art supplies necessary.

You should bring:

Any food, drink or refreshments necessary for your party - cake, ice cream, appropriate beverages. We have one mini-refrigerator available for storing cold items.
Cups, plates, utensils, napkins, tablecloths.
All decorations, balloons, etc.
Appropriate dress for art projects or smocks/aprons. For kids an over-size t-shirt works well for a smock.
Signed consent form for children under 18.

Painting:

Acrylic or tempera paint on canvas or canvas board. Tempera may be more appropriate for younger guests as acrylic is permanent when dry.
We provide paint, canvas, brushes, and other necessary supplies.
Easy, step-by-step instructions to complete age-appropriate painting.

Sculpture:

Air-dry clay projects
Polymer clay projects
3-D papercraft
We provide clay, tools and other necessary supplies for clay projects. We do not have a kiln. Clay projects can be taken home the day of the party to dry or be cured in a regular oven.
We provide premium, heavy-weight art paper, pre-cut project basics, collage materials, glue, scissors, markers and other accessories for paper-craft projects.

Fiber Arts:

Easy tie-dye or batik
We provide pre-mixed dye, water-soluble batik resist, cotton bandana.
Participants are welcome to bring a pre-washed, 100% cotton t-shirt to dye in the studio.
Fiber arts projects will be sent home on the day of the party for pre-rinse and washing with instructions.

Art History Themed:

Paint your own VanGogh style sunflowers, Picasso style abstract portrait or Romare Bearden style mixed-media collage. Have a favorite artist? Let us know! We will create an easy project based on their art process and/or style.
We provide, acrylic or tempera paint, canvas or canvas board support, brushes, glue, scissors or other necessary materials.

Any time-slot that says "Open for Any Class or Event" is available to schedule a party.

Click on the "Reserve Your Class Now" button below the schedule.
The Personalized Class or Event will be listed first. Click on the "Book Now" button to the right.
Click on an open date on the calendar on the left. Red dots below the date show open days for events.
Click the time in the center section.
Click the "Booking Options" drop-down menu in the right section.
Click "+" next to "Group (Deposit)" and click "Apply". The menu will indicate 1 Group Deposit
Click "Next". Fill out your details. Please let us know what kind of project you'd like for your party (paint, sculpture, fibers, art history) in the "add a message" section. Then click the "Pay Now" button on the lower right to submit your deposit.
The remaining balance can be paid in person at the gallery any time prior to your party or the day of the party.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation for your booking.
