Fine artist, illustrator and graphic recorder Art Hondros will open a solo art show at the beachKraft Gallery in Olney, MD , running December 8th 2024 – January 26th, 2025.

Art Hondros is an illustrator, graphic recorder, fine artist, and animator in the Washington, DC and Mid Atlantic region. His work has serviced clients such as MetLife, eBay, UPS, Ford Motor Company, Wells Fargo, The Washington Post, Bezos Family Foundation, Architect of the Capitol, Supply Chain Excellence Summit, and CFA Institute.

Art has worn many hats; restaurant worker, Navy sailor, silkscreen printer, newspaper advertising artist, sheet metal fabrication machinist, imaging technician for an international magazine, retail hardware associate, graphic novelist, painter and on-site event illustrator. He says, “I believe all of our experiences play a part in our present-day selves, and I try to bring a little of everything into my creative endeavors, whether the project is for myself or for others.“

Art will be showing a series of works depicting classic cars, pop culture icons and landscapes with architectural subject matter in a signature palette of vibrant colors.

See Art’s work at the gallery, Tuesday through Sunday, 12 PM to 8 PM. A closing reception will be held Saturday January 25th, 5 PM to 7 PM. The reception will have music provided by a live DJ and light refreshment will be available to guests. Artist receptions at the gallery are always free to attend.
