Your entries have been received and accepted into the show!

 

Thank you for entering your work in our July, 2025 Student Art Show hosted at the beachKraft Gallery.

 

 

What to do next:

 

• Delivery of work

• • We will start to intake work for the show on Tuesday, July 8 and we would like to have all artwork in the gallery by Sunday, July 13 so that we can hang the show.

  • For hand delivery please stop by the gallery with your work between 12:30pm and 7:00pm. Please let us know ahead of time when to expect you via email at thebeachkraft@gmail.com so that we can plan appropriately with our Art Camp and regularly scheduled classes also going on.

  • For shipped artwork, please make sure to pack your work safely as we cannot be responsible for any damage caused during shipping. Please also remember to purchase return shipping from your chosen carrier and include the return shipping label inside the package with your work. We will carefully re-package and return your work in the packaging you sent it in. If you would like to save on return shipping, you may take your work home at the end of the Clebration and Reception on August 1.

• Unframed work

  • We will do our best to display unframed work appropriately. For smaller sized work on paper, we can add a matt and clear mylar cover. Your work will be attached to the matt with acid-free, removable tape and hung by the corners with tacks and hanger tabs attached to the mylar. Larger work and work on canvas will be displayed in the best way possible depending on the specific piece. We will contact you if we have any questions or concerns about hanging your work. You may feel free to contact us regarding any hanging questions via email at thebeachkraft@gmail.com .

 

• Publicity \ photos

  • We will be sharing photos of your work to promote the show on our Facebook and Instagram pages and any hard-copy promotions such as fliers, posters and postcards. We also may share photos from the reception which may include photos of the artist. Please let us know if you do NOT want photos of the artist shared via email at thebeachkraft@gmail.com .

  • If you DO want to share your likeness via a short interview video or still-photo spotlight, please let us know before the reception so that our promotions team member, Jillian, can produce these during the reception. Please email us at thebeachkraft@gmail.com to let us know your preference.

 

• Reception

  • We will hold a closing Celebration Reception for the artists on Saturday, August 2 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm. Please invite your family and friends to the reception! (We will send everyone a link to an post card sized invitation graphic to share, print and distribute within the coming week.)

  • There is no required way to dress for the reception, but your family may want photos with you looking your best. Most important is that you and your guests are comfortable and have fun!

  • We will provide soft drinks and snacks at the reception. If you have any food allergies or restrictions we should be aware of, please let us know.

  • An email to thebeachkraft@gmail.com is the best way to contact us with any questions or concerns about the show or reception.
